The aim of the following chapter is to analyze students’ view on Enterprise 2.0 and 3.0 of Web technologies in engineering and business education. The meaning of the key concepts of Enterprise 2.0and 3.0 and needs analysis is studied. Moreover, the study demonstrates how the key concepts are related to the idea of education. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli ymmärtää sosiaalisen intranetin käyttöä organisaation vuorovaikutusympäristönä asiantuntijatyötä tekevien näkökulmasta. Tavoitetta lähestyttiin tutkimalla asiantuntijatyötä tekevien käsityksiä ja kokemuksia sosiaalisen intranetin käytöstä ja sosiaalisen intranetin käyttöönotosta heidän organisaatiossaan. Lisäksi pohdittiin sosiaalisen intranetin viestintä- ja vuorovaikutustehtävää organisaatiossa sekä asiantuntijatyötä tekevien näkemyksiä ja odotuksia sosiaalisen intranetin tulevaisuudesta.
